MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees
MIGAS recruits, employs and supports Australian Apprentices, Trainees and School-based Trainees and places them with host employers for the duration of their qualification training. Our focus is the pathway that combines the teaching of theory and life skills with indepth training on the job. The support framework for MIGAS’ Australian Apprentices and Trainees includes one-on-one mentoring, emotional support, assessment and feedback, and a priority on safety. MIGAS assists disadvantaged candidates seeking vocational training, and encourages mature aged applicants as well as females in the trades.
