Despite the respite from that pesky pandemic, 2022 was not the easy year we were all hoping for! From pandemics to skills shortages; the workforce was a tricky environment for Field Officers and Operations leaders to navigate. In order to help QLD Fieldys in preparing for 2023, we put together a full-day event, where participants were able to network with other Fieldys and emerging leaders, as well as participate in a panel discussion with industry experts.
