Making things easier - Skill360 can take care of all the hassle and effort involved with sourcing, recruiting and managing apprentices and trainees, leaving you to focus on running your business.

No more paperwork - Skill360 will manage all recruitment, screening and necessary pre-testing to find you the right person for your business and then look after all paperwork including training contracts as well as managing wages, WorkCover and superannuation.

Ongoing support - a dedicated Skill360 Field Officer will have regular contact with you and the apprentice/trainee throughout the term of the apprenticeship with face to face visits and phone contact, ensuring that everything is progressing well and providing support so that any issues can be corrected.

Safety first - Skill360 ensures that all apprentices and trainees receive full safety inductions and understand their responsibilities to remain safe at all times.
