Community Solutions Apprentices & Trainees
Community Solutions is a not-for-profit organisation, which has been operating in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane regions for 30 years.

Our core activities are creating opportunities for people to obtain employment as apprentices and/or trainees, matching them with the needs of our Host Employers, and supporting both parties through to successful completion of the qualification.
​
Since 1984, Community Solutions has provided over 4,500 individuals with the opportunity to develop their skills and gain qualifications that have set them up to be successful in life. These individuals have gone on to gain higher qualifications, manage businesses, create companies, employ staff and become valuable members of their community.

Community Solutions has serviced and partnered with hundreds of local businesses, supporting and guiding them to meet their needs of growth, peak demands and general Apprentice and Trainee employment.

All income generated is utilised to compliment the services we provide and to ensure the continuation of quality training and employment outcomes within our community.

Community Solutions' main areas of service include building and construction, automotive, business, IT, electrical, hospitality, retail, engineering, and horticulture.
​
Community Solutions offers an ever greater range of employment services for job seekers, employers and community members and has expanded into the Fraser Coast, Mackay and Gladstone regions.
