OSMAC currently specialises in 14 different trades within Automotive, Engineering, Warehousing, and Business Admin.
We offer a realistic pricing structure to give the host employer a FAIR GO to help a lot more young people get a trade. We also take the hassle out of employing an apprentice or trainee, right from the recruitment process, completing all government paperwork, organising college training, conducting on the job assessments, mentoring to improve performance and eventually successful completion.
We truly understand our industry and make a significant contribution by recruiting only quality apprentices and trainees to large business’s and also to small specialised business’s that are unable to provide a full range of skills to complete an apprentice on their own.
We provide income protection, pay all college fees, supply 5 sets of uniforms and good quality steel capped boots (if required) Our aim is to help a lot more people get the opportunity of an apprenticeship or traineeship in their chosen field.
